I know this place intimately. In 2009 I got sober for the last time. Not because life got easier, but because I finally stopped fighting myself and started working with what I knew was true. That became the foundation. That reframe unlocked everything else.
I am an ADHD-girlie, which means I have a brain full of big ideas and a complicated relationship with follow-through. I wrote my book from inside the process, not from the other side of it, because that’s where most of us actually live.
